When you enquire or commission a piece we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the piece or commission you are asking about and your message. If you call, we may keep a note of the conversation. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings and conversations, to prepare commission concepts and agreements, and to keep in touch about pieces you have asked about. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
How it is stored
Enquiries are handled by Jones Beale Pianos and its email and hosting providers. In this preview version of the website, form submissions are stored only in your own browser until the site is connected to our enquiry system.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses only the storage needed for it to function, including a sign-in session for studio staff. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated to say what is collected.
Your rights
