Pieces and availability
Each piece in the collection is marked Available, Commissioned, Reserved or Sold. These marks are indicative and may change without notice. Prices for significant pieces are given on application. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell; a sale or commission is made only under a written agreement.
Commissions
A commission begins with a written concept, price and timeline agreed between you and Jones Beale Pianos. Because each piece is built from an original instrument and finished by hand, materials, colours and dimensions can vary from the concept, and specialist mechanical work is carried out by independent piano technicians.
Accuracy
Specifications, dimensions and photography are provided in good faith and may be updated as pieces are completed. Final specifications are confirmed in the written agreement for each piece.
Intellectual property
The Jones Beale name and logo, the names and designs of pieces including Ghost, Black Swan and Revenant, and the text and photography on this website belong to Jones Beale Pianos or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Beale is used as a historical reference to the original instruments from which pieces are built.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jones Beale Pianos is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which Jones Beale Pianos is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
